The Chelsea Housing Authority invites current Prattville and Fitzpatrick residents to a virtual meeting on October 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM for updates on the Prattville and Fitzpatrick Redevelopment Project. Residents can hear from the redevelopment team, ask questions, and learn what to expect in the coming months. Spanish-language translation information and materials will be provided.

CHA continues engagement with Fitzpatrick-Prattville residents, hosting meetings, sharing updates, and reinforcing right to return and relocation support.

Our Innes Redevelopment provides the perfect example of what to expect with The Pratt Redevelopment.
