Ongoing Resident & Community Conversations
Over the past few weeks, the Chelsea Housing Authority (CHA) has facilitated conversations with our residents and immediate neighbors of the Fitzpatrick-Prattville site. The development team was on hand to present the goals of the project, gather feedback, and answer questions.
Continued Resident Engagement & Commitments
CHA has been engaged with residents of Fitzpatrick-Prattville over the past year on the project and will continue to have meetings all through the process.

We have made a commitment to our residents that:
All current residents of the site will have a right to return
There will be no cost to residents for relocation
We will continue to engage with residents throughout the whole process
Expanding Outreach to the Prattville Neighborhood
As the project moves forward, the team has placed a strong focus on immediate neighbors and the broader Prattville neighborhood.
Our Executive Director, Paul Nowicki, has been knocking on doors and speaking directly with neighbors.
