Neighbors

As part of the project the Chelsea Housing Authority, the City of Chelsea and our development partner are looking to resolve critical neighborhood wide concerns that already exist. The project will feature an improved traffic flow from Route 1 and Route 16, greater access to open space and other neighborhood wide improvements. We are also looking at how to incorporate public transit and increase access to neighborhood level retail that is not currently available in the area.
