Our redevelopment initiatives are focused on enhancing the daily lives of the residents by providing more modern and comfortable living environments.

While we are still early in the redevelopment process the Chelsea Housing Authority is committed to three promises: 1) A resident advisory committee is being formed as part of the process 2) All residents will have a right to return to the new units and 3) There will be no cost to relocated residents as part of the relocation process.
