Our Development Partners
Like the recently completed DUO complex, the Fitzpatrick-Prattville redevelopment is a public-private development that brings in our construction partners, the Joseph J. Corcoran Company and the John M. Corcoran Company. Both have extensive experience developing complex mixed-income, mixed-use properties and resident engagement.
