The Chelsea Housing Authority (CHA) invites current residents of the Prattville and Fitzpatrick public housing communities in Chelsea, Massachusetts, to attend a virtual resident meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
The meeting will provide updates on the Prattville and Fitzpatrick Redevelopment Project, including project progress and what residents can expect in the coming months. Residents will have an opportunity to hear directly from the redevelopment team, including Joseph J. Corcoran Company and John M. Corcoran Co., and ask questions about the project.

A separate community meeting is being planned for early November 2026 for the surrounding Chelsea neighborhood. This meeting will provide an opportunity for neighbors and other community members to learn more about the Prattville and Fitzpatrick redevelopment.
