Project Timeline


  • The development team chosen in 2016

  • Zoning Approval granted in 2019

  • COVID-related delays, 2020-2021

  • Relocation began in Spring 2022

  • CHA residents began to move back December of 2024

  • All CHA move-backs completed by Summer 2025

Relocation & Right to Return


All current Innes residents will have the right to return once construction is complete. CHA and JJC will provide full relocation support, including temporary housing assistance and personalized move coordination.
