The first and foremost commitment in the Fitzpatrick and Prattville redevelopment is the guaranteed Right to Return for all residents with an active lease. This assurance is central to maintaining stability and peace of mind throughout the redevelopment process. We recognize that such transitions can create uncertainty, and it is our priority to alleviate those concerns. Every eligible resident will have the opportunity to return to a newly constructed unit—your new home—upon completion of the project. This right is firm, and we remain fully committed to upholding it.
Promise 2. No-Cost Relocation
Our second commitment to the families of Fitzpatrick and Prattville is that all relocation costs associated with the redevelopment will be fully covered. As temporary moves may be necessary during the project, we want to ensure residents remain comfortable and confident throughout the process. This guarantee is intended to reduce stress and provide reassurance during what can be both an exciting and uncertain time. Residents will not be responsible for any expenses related to relocation at any stage of the redevelopment.

Our third commitment to the families of the Fitzpatrick and Prattville communities is the establishment of a Resident Advisory Committee for this redevelopment project. Your insight and involvement are vital to ensuring the redevelopment reflects your needs and priorities. Through this committee, residents will have the opportunity to work directly with our redevelopment team, provide feedback, and help shape both the site and individual units to ensure that your new homes meet the highest standards of comfort and quality.
